We had our main floor to upstairs staircase redone. The in-store advice and service were great. We got COVID delayed, however when things got up and running Darcy got us scheduled right away, the installer showed up on time and ready to go. He did a great job we are very happy. Highly recommend. I had a great experience working with Darcy. He ALWAYS answered any questions or concerns I had promptly. I am very pleased with my new hardwood flooring. Also had tile installed in the shower, there was a minor issue with that but worked together with Darcy and had the issue resolved, also very pleased with how it turned out.

Straightline Flooring is very knowledgeable about all types of flooring. They suggested a Luxury 9″ vinyl plank and it looks awesome! The installer did a great job of preparing and installing the floor, including the stairs. We had a lot of profiles to cut around and it was well done. We just had carpet installed upstairs in our house, and it turned out AMAZING. From start to finish, the process was quick and easy. Jamie and Lindsay were helpful from the moment we stepped into the store. They helped us pick a good quality carpet and guided us through the process. Darcy sent out a quote quickly and did a great follow up. Sean installed the carpet and was professional and efficient with his time. Everything was done in two days. It all looks great, and we are so impressed with everyone we dealt with. When we do our basement, Straightline Custom Flooring will be our first call.
